Cable description UTVFLEX®- SPR
Extra heavy duty control cables For application with high mechanical stresses (i.e.: tensile and torsion simoultaneously applied). This cable has been developed and designed in order to meet special conditions of application, in particular where small dimensions and light weight are mandatory.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICS
MATERIAL: tinned copper, extremely flexible, bettere than Class 5 acc. to IEC 60228 e VDE 0295
2Insulation:MATERIAL: special compound developed to have higher tensile load, high stability and excellant thermal resistance
3Central Filler:MATERIAL: rubber compound on Aramide Kevlar ® element (active element on cable load resistance and against whiplash)
Core arrengement:DESCRIPTION: made by untitwisting technology in order to avoid internal stress in the core arrengement, with laid uo geometry for better torsion resistance
4Antitwisting Elements:DESCRIPTION: polyester braid between inner and outer sheath
5Outer Sheath:MATERIAL: halogen free polyhurethane
COLOUR: yellow
CORES: black with printed numbers and Y/G or white with printed numbers
